Greenest Risotto with the Greenest Pesto

Tired of the same-old, same old?  Try thinking about lunch in a whole new way and sign up for Lunch Club!  In the same hour that you usually spend chomping down a sandwich while you look at your phone, you can be seated at Hot Stove Society while Chef instructor Bridget Charters cooks lunch for you!

It’s April and spring is (almost) in the air!   Bridget was inspired by one of her favorite books Authetico for this menu.  She will share the importance of bread in an Italian meal.  You’ll start lunch off with a Crostone made with Dahlia Bakery house loaf with spring greens and peppery, green olive oil.  You’ll learn how to make classic risotto with a bright green pesto.  For dessert, Bridget will show you how to make an extra virgin olive oil cake that stays moist for days.

Go ahead and treat yourself to a special way to go out for lunch. Better yet, find a buddy and make it a lunch date!
