Tired of the same-old, same old?  Try thinking about lunch in a whole new way and sign up for Lunch Club!  In the same hour that you usually spend chomping down a sandwich while you look at your phone, you can be seated at Hot Stove Society while Hot Stove Kitchen Manager Jim McCarthy cooks lunch for you!

For this edition of Lunch Club, Jim has created a delicious menu inspired by Lowcountry cuisine.  Along the coastline of South Carolina to Georgia there lies a collection of islands, swamp and marshland that is known as the Lowcountry.  Due to its proximity to the water, the region’s cuisine relies heavily on seafood and rice.  Here the influences of French and West African culinary traditions have meld together to create delicious flavors and unforgettable dishes. 

Go ahead and treat yourself to this special way to go out for lunch. Better yet, find a buddy and make it a lunch date!
