Tired of the same-old, same old?  Try thinking about lunch in a whole new way and sign up for Lunch Club!  In the same hour that you usually spend chomping down a sandwich while you look at your phone, you can be seated at the Hot Stove Society while Hot Stove Instructor Jamie Freedman cooks lunch for you!

For this edition of Lunch Club, Jamie will show you how to make two popular Japanese dishes- a delightful pork and winter squash korroke, or fried croquette, and a silky shoyu ramen with pork belly, shoyu egg and crispy shiitake.  This truly delicious Japanese comfort food is perfect for a winter lunch.  You’ll end on a sweet note with a refreshing seasonal sorbet (no demo of sorbet.)
