Tired of the same-old, same old?  Try thinking about lunch in a whole new way and sign up for Lunch Club!  In the same hour that you usually spend chomping down a sandwich while you look at your phone, you can be seated at Hot Stove Society while Hot Stove Director Lexi Ochoa cooks lunch for you!

For this edition of Lunch Club, Lexi has created an indulgent menu to celebrate the last days of summer!  You’ll start with Lexi’s twist on New Orleans famous beignets (fritters) made deliciously savory and cheesy in the style of an Italian Cacio e Pepe pasta!  You’ll move on to the greatest thing to eat in the summer- ribs! In this case, maple glazed ribs with spicy greens and bourbon roasted nectarines.  For the perfect summer dessert, Lexi will show you how to make brownie ice cream sandwiches.
