Beef Goulash and Parsley Spaetzle

In the same hour that you usually spend chomping down a sandwich while you look at your phone, you can be seated at Hot Stove Society while Hot Stove Instructor, Annie Elmore, cooks a delicious Hungarian lunch for you! 

For this edition of lunch club, Annie is going to show you how to make Hungarian specialties including one of the region’s most popular dishes- hearty beef goulash with handmade spaetzle dumplings.  For dessert you’ll enjoy an apricot jam filled pastry called a kolacky cookie. This is comfort food at its best!
