Fritto Misto is Italy’s contribution to the deliciousness of crunchy, crispy, golden brown, battered and deep-fried foods.  Bridget spent years working in restaurants in Italy, and this Lunch Club menu was inspired by a stint she did at a restaurant in the Piedmontese region that was famous for fritto misto.  At this classic Italian restaurant, fritto misto was served for every course from vegetables to fish to meat and poultry and even dessert!  In the same spirit, Bridget has devised a three course fritto misto menu for your lunch today.
