Tired of the same-old, same old?  Try thinking about lunch in a whole new way and sign up for Lunch Club!  In the same hour that you usually spend chomping down a sandwich while you look at your phone, you can be seated at Hot Stove Society while Sous Chef Lexi cooks lunch for you!

How would you like a plate of Tex-Mex flank steak fajitas for lunch today? Sounds pretty awesome doesn’t it? Fajitas in Tex-Mex cuisine is any grilled meat, often steak or skirt steak, grilled with onions and bell peppers and served on flour or corn tortillas with an array of condiments like guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, and salsas.  Fajitas are popular menu items in restaurants, but Lexi will show you how to create this delicious dish at home. You’ll start lunch with a smoked avocado tostada (yes, you can smoke an avocado!) and you’ll end with one of the best Mexican pastries- churros (fried dough pastry) dredged in cinnamon and sugar and served with both chocolate and caramel sauces.

Go ahead and treat yourself to this special way to go out for lunch. Better yet, find a buddy and make it a lunch date!
