Tired of the same-old, same old?  Try thinking about lunch in a whole new way and sign up for Lunch Club.  In the same hour that you usually spend chomping down a sandwich while you look at your phone, you can be seated at Hot Stove Society while Hot Stove Instructor Jamie Freedman cooks lunch for you!

For this very special edition of Lunch Club, Jamie is going to show you how to make what might be Seattle’s favorite meal- a delicious, soothing, satisfying bowl of ramen with flavorful broth, bouncy noodles, and plenty of toppings including Chashu (Japanese braised pork belly) and wok seared shimeji mushrooms. 

Start lunch with delightful pork karokke (Japanese style fritters). End lunch with an amazing dish- Foie Gras Profiteroles with Caramel Sauce! This is Jamie’s riff on a dessert made famous by her friend Chef Gabriel Rucker at Portland’s iconic restaurant, Le Pigeon.
