Make Kalbi Short Ribs, Bulgogi, and Korean BBQ Chicken hands-on

Korean BBQ, one of the hottest trends out there right now, is  the best way to turn a meal into an exciting social event.  Hot Stove Instructor Jamie Freedman is going to show you how to make Korean BBQ and Banchan, hands-on.

To get you in the mood, we’ll greet you with a deliciously icy Soju Fruit Slushy!

You’ll learn all about Banchan- the tiny dishes served with Korean BBQ, and you’ll get to make your own Banchan. You’ll also get to make Kalbi Short Ribs including the traditional hot, sweet and salty marinade, Korean BBQ Chicken, and your own Bulgogi. You'll even get to polish your knife skills on fresh summer veggies for the grill.

When we finish BBQing all the food, we’ll sit down and enjoy eating an authentic Korean BBQ feast together.  The Hot Stove team will make rice for you to eat with your meal.
