Chop it like it's hot!

Here’s a chance to sharpen your knife skills! We’ll cover a wide range of techniques including mincing, chopping, slicing, dicing, and other classic cuts (hands-on).

Each knife skills class will include a butchery demo useful to the home cook (such as how to spatchcock a chicken), and a few quick tips and tricks for cutting up seasonal vegetables.

Good knife skills start with a sharp knife, so we’ll also give you a little intro to knife sharpening and a chance to practice on one of our whetstones.

You’ll also enjoy eating Bridget’s Minestrone Soup with Grilled Cheese on Dahlia Potato Bread with Beecher’s Cheddar and fresh herbs!

A glass of wine or beer is included.
