Tired of the same-old, same old?  Try thinking about lunch in a whole new way and sign up for Lunch Club.  In the same hour that you usually spend chomping down a sandwich while you look at your phone, you can be seated at Hot Stove Society while Hot Stove Instructor Jamie Freedman makes lunch for you!

For this edition of Lunch Club, Jamie will talk all about the magic of kimchi and how to use it to make your very own Kimchi Jjigae, a fiery, red Korean Stew.  This warm, spicy, savory stew is loved by everyone and if often prepared with the older, riper kimichi which lends to its wonderfully, deep flavor.  Jamie will start off the meal with banchan, small Korean side dishes, and then dig into your very own bowl of pork jjigae.  Finish the meal with a sweet bite of hotteok, sweet Korean pancakes!

Go ahead and treat yourself to this special way to go out for lunch. Better yet, find a buddy and make it a lunch date!
