Japanese potstickers!

Crisp and golden brown on the outside, juicy and savory on the inside, gyoza are pan-fried Japanese dumplings filled with ground pork and vegetables. Hot Stove Instructor Jamie Freedman will teach you everything you need to know to make your own gyoza at home, and you’ll discover what makes gyoza so special.

We’ll provide finished dough for you to work with to make your own gyoza.  You’ll make the filling, and  you’ll shape, form and cook gyoza, hands-on.  Enjoy eating your gyoza in class, along with gyoza sauce.  If you don’t eat all your gyoza in class, we’ll pack them up for you to take home.

A glass of Asian beer is included.
