Looking for something out of the ordinary for Father’s Day? Why not dazzle Dad by taking him to this Southern Brunch class? Hot Stove Instructors Annie Elmore and Sean McFadyen have created a menu that celebrates the glories of a Southern breakfast with something deliciously porky and something craft beer boozy in every course!

As you watch Instructors Annie and Sean demo, you’ll enjoy eating apple-bacon hush puppies with a Pike Monk’s Uncle cheese sauce. The next course is a truly decadent version of Eggs Benedict with fried mortadella and a hollandaise sauce spiked with Ecliptic Starburst IPA.  We'll include a beer flight of the Pike Monk's Uncle and the Ecliptic Starburst IPA

You’ll end with a taste of salty and sweet! Lusciously rich chocolate brownies studded with crunchy bits of pancetta make the best brownie ever- and we’re pairing dessert with an Odin Brewing beer float!
