Traditional Italian Dumplings

Gnocchi are traditional Italian dumplings which are soft as pillows, tender, and delicious. In this hands-on class, Chef-instructor Bridget Charters, who spent years living and working in Italy, will show you how to make gnocchi just like Nonna (an Italian Grandmother) would do it.

You’ll watch Bridget demo two kinds of gnocchi- spinach ricotta and potato, and you’ll enjoy substantial tastes of the sauced gnocchi. Then you’ll roll up your sleeves and make potato gnocchi hands-on. Learn how to cook some of your potato gnocchi in class and we’ll box up the rest of the uncooked gnocchi for you to take home.

A glass of wine or beer is included.
