We love eggs for some many reasons. #1 they are delicious, #2 they are one of the most versatile foods to keep in your fridge, and #3 they dress up brunch!  

Join chefs Jim McCarthy and Annie Elmore for a sumptuous brunch cooking demonstration of an elegant omelette, overnight  French toast, bacon cooked to crispy goodness and a perfectly poached egg. They will also reveal the secret life of custards. You will get to taste everything they prepare. What a nice way to start your Saturday.

A mimosa is included in the class price and of course there will be coffee. 

Safety: Per CDC guidelines we request that any unvaccinated guests wear a mask when not actively eating or drinking, and that any guests that have a) had recent exposure to COVID 19 or b) exhibited symptoms of COVID 19 please stay home.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
