Indonesian Street Food

Demo + Tastes

This is a mega salad that has become a typical street food in Indonesia. Gado-gado means medley or potpourri, which refers to all the different seasonal veggies and ingredients that are used, making it slightly different wherever you go and whatever the time of year. Tossed with the most incredible peanut dressing, and served with crunchy prawn crackers, it’s a winning combination. Chef Annie will demonstrate the salad assembly and serve it to you with coconut curry chicken satay and rice.

Served with a ginger lime soda with additional beverages available for purchase. Payment accepted via card only.
