The holiday season has us craving the rich flavorful comfort of duck meat. Many home cooks are intimidated by preparing duck but impressive results can be easily accomplished with some well executed plans. Tom has a great appetite for duck featuring it at Dahlia Lounge for 32 years. He will  demonstrate 2 types of domestic duck Muscovy and Pekin  4 ways. You will be able to taste the Dahlia classic 5 spice, a modern take on the sweet and savory duck a l’orange, seared black pepper and thyme duck breast  and then finish with a crunchy Parisian duck confit with duck fat potatoes. So you better bring an appetite!

Safety: In compliance with state and federal directive, it is our policy to verify vaccination status for all events at Hot Stove Society. Proof of vaccination will be required for entry for everyone over 12 years of age. We require that you bring a mask to wear when you are moving about in our kitchen and may remove it when eating. Our staff is fully vaccinated and will wear masks except when presenting on the demonstration stage. Effective 10/04/2021.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
