A Soul-Warming Winter Menu

The chilly days of winter provide the perfect excuse to warm up with a hearty meal, prepared with skill and care. Hot Stove Chef Ashley Ewing has designed a luxurious menu designed to keep you happy and content on a winter evening.  Featuring organic produce from one of our favorite local farms, Newaukum Valley Farm which is located on the banks of the Chehalis River, Ashely will show you some exciting and creative ways with winter’s bounty of squash, celery root and parsnips.  Ashley will also instruct you how to make a heart-warming cannellini bean soup, handmade pasta, and how to braise lamb shanks so they melt in your mouth.

We’ll warm you up with a Hot Toddy, and as you watch Ashley demo, you’ll enjoy substantial tastes of each dish, and you’ll get some ideas for the winter entertaining season.
