The Hot Stove society welcomes back Angela Buck-Hatter!  Angela, with 15+ years of bartending experience and 20 years in the restaurant industry, is also BarSmarts Advanced Certified and took her exam from the one and only David Wondrich, the celebrated cocktail historian and author.

This menu was inspired by classic cocktails found in novels of literary giants of the 21st century You will be welcomed by a Champagne Cocktail inspired by the scene in Breakfast and Tiffany’s where Holly and Fred celebrate Fred being published with a round drinks.  Angela will share three additional cocktails featured in classic novels by Ernest Hemingway, Hunters S. Thompson, and F. Scott Fitzgerald.  Enjoy small pours of all 4 cocktails as Angela talks about the history of cocktails and the ebb and flow of popularity over the 21st century and their influence on writers of the time.

You will enjoy a substantial plate of assorted canapés to accompany your literary cocktail journey.
