Hot Stove welcomes Zach Geballe!  Zach is the Wine Educator at Tom Douglas Restaurants, where he also serves as Wine Director at Dahlia Lounge. He is a certified sommelier and is also the host of the VinePair podcast.

In this class you and Zach will explore grapes varietals and places in Washington you haven't considered.  He will highlight a few interesting PNW growing regions, such as Columbia Gorge and Lake Chelan, as well as some lesser known grape varieties (such as Gamay, Clairette, Mourvedre, Cinsault). 

Enjoy small pours of 6 wines and conversation about some of the oldest grape varieties around.
