VIRTUAL CLASS

Savory, spicy, salty, tangy, and fiery are just some of the words we can think of to describe this delicious menu! Chef Annie Elmore, born in Phnom Penh, is in the kitchen making some of her favorite street foods in celebration of Cambodian New Year.  Pastry Chef Eric Delossantos will round out the meal with Bibingka, traditional Filipino coconut-scented rice cake.   

 

What You’ll Learn and Make:

  • Deep Fried Prawn Sandwiches
  • Seared Steak Salad with Lime Dressing
  • Bibingka

 

 

Virtual Classroom:

This class will be very similar to our previous in-person Hot Stove classes, with an instructor that demonstrates how to make each dish “live” via Zoom. As a registered attendee, you will have the ability to watch, learn and interact with the instructor, just as if you were sitting at one of our Hot Stove Society worktables!

Accessing the Class:

48-hours before class we will email all registered attendees a Zoom link, instructions, and recipes.
