Do you ever turn convention on its head and make breakfast for dinner?  There’s just something comforting about breaking eggs into a sizzling pan of butter and popping some bread in the toaster after a long hard day, right?

Hot Stove Instructor Annie Elmore is going to show you how to push the boundaries of ‘breakfast for dinner’ with an over-the-top breakfast menu. Start things off right with an adult step up from freezer waffles. Annie’s waffles have coffee in the batter, and then she tops these warm, fragrant waffles with sweet coffee butter.  Shakshuka is a Middle Eastern dish of eggs poached right in the skillet in a tasty sauce. Annie’s version includes Spanish chorizo.  The centerpiece of this menu is a hearty, Southern style chicken fried steak smothered in sausage gravy.  After which you can feel healthy and virtuous by sipping a blueberry, lime and cashew smoothie.

As you watch Annie demo, you’ll enjoy substantial tastes of each dish. We think you’ll enjoy this menu so much you’ll be planning your own breakfasts for dinner at home.
