Kick off the long weekend enjoying all the flavors you crave at brunch!
Our Chef Instructors Sean McFadyen and Kelty Mahoney have cooked up a belly filling menu to get your weekend off to a delicious start. The majority of the menu will be demonstration, but guests will finish by assembling a fruit tart to take home to bake off for Sunday morning.
The Menu:
Chive blossom biscuits
Poached free range Stieber eggs
Herby asparagus and pea salad on spring onion soubise
Crispy pork cheek hash
Make and take strawberry tartlet
The majority of the menu will be demonstration, but guests will eat heartily and finish by assembling a fruit tart to take home to bake off for Sunday morning. Strong coffee included in class price. Mimosas available for purchase!
No substitutions would be offered for this class.

Safety: In compliance with state and federal directive, it is our policy to verify vaccination status for all events at Hot Stove Society. Proof of vaccination will be required for entry for everyone over 12 years of age. Our staff is fully vaccinated and will wear masks except when presenting on the demonstration stage. Refund Policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.

Please let us know about any allergens or dietary restrictions ahead of time to best accommodate you. Note that some classes require specific ingredients in the recipes and may not be offered any substituions.
