In this hands-on class, Hot Stove Chef-Instructor Bridget Charters will show you exactly how to make both pancetta and smoked bacon.

You’ll also enjoy a delicious plate of Spaghetti Carbonara- the classic Italian pasta dish made with pancetta- plus salad and rustic bread.

You’ll take home both a substantial piece of smoked bacon and a substantial piece of pancetta that’s ready to hang and cure in your home refrigerator.

A glass of wine or beer is included.
