VIRTUAL CLASS

Time to celebrate the return of autumn!  We’ve put together an easy dinner that celebrates fall’s bounty – crisp, bitter chicories, rich butternut squash, tart and juicy apples.  You will be able to follow along and, by the end of class, you will have a full delicious, ready to eat dinner for your friends or family.

What You’ll Learn and Make:

  • Colorful Chicories Salad
  • Butternut Squash Risotto
  • Apple Hill Apple Cake

Virtual Classroom:

This class will be very similar to our previous in-person Hot Stove classes, with an instructor that demonstrates how to make each dish “live” via Zoom. As a registered attendee, you will have the ability to watch, learn and interact with the instructor, just as if you were sitting at one of our Hot Stove Society work tables!

Accessing the Class:

48-hours before class we will email all registered attendees a Zoom link, instructions, and recipes.
